Robert Kiyosaki, says that even thought we all go through tough times we still can all be  a huge financial success.  Robert, best known for his Rich Dad Poor Dad Series speaks very highly on Network Marketing in his new CD “The Business of the 21st Century” . In Robert’s second book he speaks about,  “The Cash Flow Quadrants.  He refers to the 4 quadrants as Principles relating to Wealth Creation and he uses letters to describe them.  The upper left corner  he uses the letters E standing for Employee.

Below that is the letter S which stands for Specialist or Soloist, a typically a small business owner.  In the upper right corner he  talks about the B quadrant, which is the big Businesses of 500 employees or more. Very few people ever get to be the people who owns this quadrant but he goes go on to talk about how  as one  becomes a part of the network marketing industry they can actually create this Big Business for themselves and  have people working with them and for them to grow their wealth.

Robert says that creating a network marketing business for yourself will enable you to generate the cash to use in the, “I Quadrant”, the Investment Quadrant which Robert takes the most advantage of.  By using the money you can make in the network marketing industry, by leveraging people working  for you as in a big business, you can generate the money to invest in things such as gold and silver, real estate, and other assets. If you do this you can actually being to get yourself out of the “rat race”.

Robert talks about how one can do this but must have the right mindset. He says that the network marketing industry is a fantastic way where someone can start their own business for very low start-up cost and that this business can be worked part time until it grows to a full time residual income business. As your network marketing business grows it will assist you to eventually transition out of your full time job. Robert says that when you are part of the network marketing industry you will be a part of a group of entrepreneurial people with the mind set of winning. But you must learn to develop your confidence, the winning mindset and the determination to be successful in this industry.

Robert’s number one reason for being in a network marketing company is, it’s all about people  helping people. He says you must find a company with good leadership, one that has the shear desire to help their follow human beings succeed. You must find a company who will help you grow to become bigger and gain the skills and the confidence to become a great entrepreneur. He refers to Network Marketing as “The business of the 21^st century” – turning people from employees to entrepreneurs.

Network Marketing is a very simple concept  – instead of paying big dollars for the advertisement and product awareness,  network marketing companies pay average people to get out there and promote and distribute their products. This is the best form of marketing which is word of mouth advertising.  Network marketing allow you to build an asset, that will continue to generating income years after years and is also a great way to get a real world business education.

Here are a few keys to be successful in the network marketing industry. You must change your mindset from employee to entrepreneurs and begin by learning  and applying  the new skills of  getting  money and people to work for you. You must become a leader.  Robert highly recommends attending a meeting and see how interested the company and there leaders are concerned with your success. The great benefit in network marketing is your leader cannot be successful unless you are successful. They will pull you up and continue to train you until you become successful and then you would do the same thing and train your people to also be successful. Real world people helping people,  that what it’s all about. It is a personal development process.  Robert speaks about how network marketing is not a get rich quick scheme but is more like a 5 year project. He stresses that you need to dedicate 5 years to focusing and growing your business and it will lead to you getting you out of the rat race.  You want to look for a company who will have the support group of people who want the best for you.  Another benefit of network marketing is that it is completely scalable.  What I mean by this is that you will  not be stuck to your home town but instead you have the opportunity to share this business world wide .

In network marketing you have to be a great leader or be willing to grow into a great leader.  If you are a part of the right team you will be able to learn, not only great marketing skills but great leadership skills too. It is essential to have courage and leadership skills and if you are going to be successful.

You see the biggest benefit  to network marketing is wealth creation,  creating an asset in your network marketing business which will be generating money month after month. year after year.

Many people make mistakes when choosing a network marketing company by only looking at the product.  You must also look at who are your leaders and how good are their training programs. Do they truly have your best interest  in mind and are they willing to assist you to grow into a great leader.  In choosing a network marketing company you must look at the leadership and training, not only from the company owners but also in the team that you choose to work with.  If you are not getting that you must find a new team to work with .

The thing that’s really great about network marketing is that you don’t have to have a higher education, not even great in sale skills. It’s about becoming and great leader and learning how to market effectively.  You must be willing to go beyond your comfort zone, persevere, keep a great  attitude, learning how to inspires other , and  you must spend the time.  Network marketing is  not get rich quick scheme.

It’s time for you to take action in your life and be a part of the network marketing industry, the business of the e 21^st century . You can live a magnificent life.  Anyone can win at network marketing which is a business that will explode in the future as unemployment raises and wages come down.  Becoming bigger that your problems will lead you to your  financial freedom.  Robert Kiyosaki say as you become a part of this ever growing network marketing industry you will grow your wealth by a process that helps other human beings become success.
