You Must Have Vision

To Become a Great MLM Leader You Must Have Vision

To become a Great MLM Leader you must  first become a visionary and always keep the big picture in mind.  You must have this vision and continually share it with your team and with your prospects.  You must display and help your team know that in this industry you must be patient and understand that you may not see immediate results from your efforts.  One needs to look at this industry or any business as a startup.  Think of your business as a startup business, even though your MLM company may be established, your individual business is a startup and know that when you are involved in a startup it takes time to develop the momentum for growth.  You need to move forward everyday with your vision in mind and know that as long as you are involved with the right company and team that you will find success.  Developing this in yourself and your team is a powerful way to exhibit the great leadership quality that will help your team growing.

To Be A Great MLM Leader You Must be Consistently Honest

Denis also spoke about honesty and being consistently honest about your intention and everything you do in your business.  This should also be a quality that you carry into your life.  People need you to be consistent in your honesty, Don’t just tell people what you think they may want to hear so that they join your business of follow your lead, instead just tell them the truth and you will develop the trust of a leader without the hype and the little lies that people sometimes tell  in the MLM industry.

 Being  a Great Role Model Will Show you are a Great Leader

Another major quality of leadership is to be a role model.  Being in action actually speaks louder than any words that come out of your mouth.  You must have the attitude of being a steward who focuses on helping your team succeed.  Ask yourself everyday “What can I do for you today that will help you to reach your goals?”  This is the Law of increase and if you are always adding value to other people’s lives you will become a great leader. Release also that adds you are adding value to other people’s lives you will also be adding value to your own life.  If you are the type of individual that can assist someone to increase their life to their full potential and they know that it’s your mission to help them succeed and not have the selfish intention for your own financial wealth then you will automatically become a leader.

Become A Good Communicator

The next quality in being a Great MLM leader is to be a good communicator.  

Great Leaders Exhibit Great Communication Skills

Lack of communication creates a vacuum which is quickly filled with fears, doubt and poisonous thoughts.  Dream stealer’s are all around us so unless you are in constant communication with your downline then people will begin to have fears and doubts and eventually lose interest or join another company.  You must continually be communicating the vision of your team and company and how your product or service is serving society and how your team is working to build success.  Also you want to make sure you are providing encouragement for your team members in reaching their goals.  Know their “Why” and help them to believe that they can achieve it.  Again serving your team for their great good will show that you are a true leader.

Always Attend Events and Encourage Your Team To Do The Same

As a leader in the MLM business  you must attend and encourage your team to attend events.  Events are a great way for people to continually develop the relationship, get training and learn from others how they are achieving their success.  You will see that people just like you are achieving success and this will increase your belief that you can also have the same success.  It is also  a great way to increase your belief in your company, the companies leadership and their products.  When you get to be around other leaders and the leadership of your company you will naturally increase your belief in what you are doing.  And here is a little secret  ….your success is in direct proportion to your belief in what you are doing.

 Retaining Retention In Your MLM Organization

In being a leader in your MLM business one must also understand how to maintain retention in your organizations.  Here are some pointers on keeping your business and your team growing.  First things first is as soon as someone joins your team get them started on the training.  There is much to learn in this industry and you must be able to direct and get your person focused and in action as soon as possible.  You should have some company training along with training on any program of marketing, mindset and people skills that you and your team have put together.  The sooner you get your new enrollee active and making money the more belief  they will have in themselves and your business.  For each person you sponsor help them earn their first check and you will see your team develop momentum and continue to grow.

Help Your People Develop Their “Why”

When someone joins your organization it is your job to help them understand “Why” they are doing this.  They need to understand that if their why is strong enough they will hang in there even when times  seem challenging.  Instill in yourself and your team that if you are just doing your MLM business to get rich quick and you do not  experience this right away you will get discouraged and quit. Make sure your team members knows their deeper reason why they are doing this.  Help them to develop and understand that this is more than just money but a way for them to experience something much more.  Whether it be their health, time with their families, doing something to make a difference in someone’s life or whatever the bigger reason is.  These are the things in life that keep us focused and keep us going.  Keep this “why” and this vision alive in yourself and in your team.

Great MLM Leader Always Instill Teamwork

Instill in your group the idea of being a team.  Have consistent meetings, create contest and have incentives to keep people driven and focused.  Another great thing to implement in your team is to have accountability partner where members of your team work with other members to help them focus and be accountable for creating what they want to accomplish. Helping your team work as a team is very powerful and will also help in retention.  Teach your team how to plan their day and to focus on income producing activities.  Encourage them to attend meeting, webinars and continual to do personal development.  Have one on one and small group meeting also to continue to provide focus and growth in your team

And always support and help your team to increase their pay check. Denis says to “Look up to those beneath you in your organizations. We need to form a company of giants,  if you try to retain people smaller then yourself and look down on people with arrogance and ego they will not be in your organization for long”

Expect to win and help others to believe in themselves and you will build and retain a very powerful team as you become a great leader by example.
